About Everett Balloon Decor
We are a family-run balloon and event decor company serving Everett, Washington and the surrounding Snohomish County area. We design and install balloon garlands and arches, custom backdrops, flower walls, LED numbers and letters, shimmer walls and neon accents, and the florals and add-ons that go with them. Birthdays, baby showers, gender reveals, graduations, bridal showers and business events all run through the same process, scaled to the room and the guest count.
What should you expect when you book balloon decor?
Delivery, setup and takedown are included in every booking. After the design is confirmed, we source the colors, hand-build the garland or backdrop, arrive at your venue during the access window before guests show up, install it, and come back after the event to take it down. Nothing gets assembled by you, nothing gets stored by you, and nothing gets torn down by you at the end of a long night.
Quotes are free and there is no pressure to book after you see one. You send your event details, you get a design direction and a price, and you decide from there.
How is every setup designed?
Every design starts with three things: your colors, your theme and a photo of the actual space. The photo is the part people skip and it is the part that matters most. Ceiling height, wall width, where the outlets sit and how much clear floor there is all change what can be built. A garland proportioned for an eight foot wall looks undersized on a twelve foot one. Working from the real room means the finished install fits instead of approximating.
Inspiration photos help too. Send what you have saved from Pinterest or Instagram and we will read the palette, the shape and the feel you are going for, then adapt it to your dimensions.
What happens on install day?
Installs are built to be venue safe. Freestanding frames and stands are used wherever possible rather than anything fixed to the wall, since many rented halls and community centers in Everett do not permit drilling or adhesive on painted surfaces. Removable adhesive is only used with permission from the venue or the homeowner.
Nearly everything is built air filled rather than helium, because air filled decor holds its shape far longer. Indoors in a climate controlled room, an air filled garland commonly stays looking sharp for weeks. Outdoor installs get extra weighting and framing to handle wind, and they go up closer to the event start time because sun and temperature both affect how balloons hold up.
